The Quietus attempts to argue that if music over the past 2 decades or so has seemed a bit aesthetically anemic or insignificant or chronically retrograde, it's because of a hegemony of a
Boomer-era mythos that's perpetually sucking all of the "cultural oxygen" out of the room.
