Huh, really? Maybe they were one who never quite "crossed the pond"? That tune is considered to be among the definitive top 5 of '60s American garage classics. (And the only one they're known for. Like a lot of bands of their ilk, they did a fair share of the usual covers -- "Hey Joe," "96 Tears," etc.)
